Ghanaian graduates struggle to get jobs. This has been a well documented issue with a gap between job finding to job application skills and the entry level role. Since 2022 Opportunities For Us creates conversations and online events for Ghanaian youth highlighting how to network how to search and how to properly apply for jobs since most graduates do not know how to do this. Upon invitation by the club of which its members are largely graduates and professionals I conducted a session.

This session had 25 participants who actively participated asked questions and made meaningful contributions. I facilitated a realisation that resources also existed within their network in finding jobs.
